dmg-tech: central infra
we need centralized infra. we have central infra. website, discord, DNS, hosting, loomio, bookstack, zulip, gitlab… the list goes on.
this thread is for wg-tech to coordinate taskings on these moving parts, and will get moved there once that's spun up.

@atomicthumbs Agreed, I don't think the distinction is necessary now. One to revisit in the future, but not required just yet

do we want a separate working group for central infra and other stuff (software dev mostly), or would that be too much siloing
